"The clamps arrived OK. My difficulty is getting notifications for different orders and not being able to see what the notification is about. Then I need to open another window, open ToolUp, go to my account, and see what order number represents what merchandise. That's a pain. You should simply tell me in the notification what merchandise you are talking about. A notification that does not reflect customer service is not an effective customer interface. Thanks for asking."
