"I received my set of tail lights for a 1996 Tahoe, and upon opening the package, found that one of the lights was damaged, probably during shipping. I immediately contacted the Top Gear customer service and let them know that the merchandise is damaged, and they responded with a request for a picture of the damaged part, which I supplied. As of today, that is all that has transpired, and I'm getting impatient and upset. if this is not resolved I'm going to broadcast in the most unpleasant manner their casual approach to a problem that should be solved immediately. I'm not happy with their SLOW response and don't feel like they used enough packing material, which caused the problem in the first place!"
