“We are very sorry to hear about the passing of your father. Our records show that your dad's People magazine subscription is not on auto renewal. Once it expires, it will not renew, and you will not be charged anything in the future. We are unable to issue any refunds since it's 180 days past the date of purchase which was June of 2021. We're happy to issue you store credit.”
