"Excellent service. I placed my order Sunday and received it Wednesday. I ordered the Cyclo Pro Package, which included Free shipping, and some other items. When my order was placed, shipping was included on the invoice for the other items, but was surprised and excited to see that my credit card wasn't charged any extra shipping for those items.

I ordered 3 Lake Country buffing pads from them at the best price I could find anywhere.

Their shipping prices are confusing. When you check out, it charges you full UPS pricing although text on the site says if it's under a certain weight they'll only charge you USPS pricing which is cheaper.

Took them a few days, but they shipped the order and emailed me a tracking number.

My order was very light and of course they charged me full UPS prices - about $8. I emailed to ask why, and they didn't respond. I waited a week, forwarded the email to a different address, and they politely responded that I was correct and they would fix the error. About a $3 difference. They credited me back very quickly.

Overall, not a horrible experience, but not the best. Got my product at a good price so I'm happy."
