"my experience with them was terrible. I bought a diamond ring and receive a much lower quality product. The diamond has lots of black spots. I took it to a few local jewelers and they confirmed that i received a much lower product then advertised.
I do not know how they are still in business with the way they treat their customers.
Their customer service team was terrible and did not want to take it back even though it was within the return date.
