"I ordered a 2 for 1 scale deal with Topline Digital Scale on 3/31/15. The e-mail they sent me said that my order would ship as soon as payment was processed. It was processed the same day. $54.97 I never received anything after 30 days. I sent several e-mails and no response. Many phone calls only to get an answering machine. They never returned not one call. Finally after the 6th e-mail, they sent me an e-mail that my package had shipped and was returned to sender. They wanted an address where they could send my package USPS. I went to the post office and talked to the postmaster. There was never any attempt to deliver a package to my house from Topline Digital Scale. BEWARE!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE DIRT BAGS AND WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I'm going to do everything I can to make their lives miserable."
"Please do not buy from this company. I purchased scales in 2009 with a 10 year warranty. They stopped working in september 2013. I sent several e-mails they would not answer. I finally got an address to return the scales. They received them september 20,2013 according to USPS delivery confirmation. They did not let me know anything about the scales. I filed a complaint with the Minnesota Better business Bureau. They contacted the company on 10-23, 11-4, and sent a certified letter on 11-18. The company failed to answer any of the notices from the bureau. I could not find any information about the CEO or corporate office of the company. They simply don't care about the ill will thats been created over a $35 set of scales. You can'T talk to a person and they don't respond to
e-mails. You have been warned!!!!!!!"
"I ordered a 15 pound postal scale on Friday afternoon. I was notified on Monday that the scale had shipped with free UPS ground service. I was notified it would take 3-7 busniess days to arrive. On the 3rd day it did arrive. They had given me a free upgrade to a 35 pound scale as the 15 pound one was out of stock. Needless to say, I am very pleased with this company."
