They go weeks without answering emails and are ALWAYS late with the delivery date. The product is only average too now although it used to be better. Find someone more reliable to use for your special day, this will only end in disaster! "

"I realize my first purchase with them topspartner the 19th of September 2009, had several requests but I decided to buy one in particular, the most delicate, most special dress for my client required it, and that was my big mistake, the quality is atrocious, the seller did not understod what I ask and wonder not request further information to make the dress with the correct indications, the result was very bad, are noted as the seams of the dress off and they sewed the dress again, jacket very poorly make, twisted, distorted, omitted details and forgot to put slips in indications such as closing time .... it take 4 weeks to arrive to my US adress ...I lost my client, I lost my money and my time, I have all the emails and invoice paypal ... .it's a shame that this company offers quality and service and not true, ,I never buy from them ever "
