"I placed an order with this company over the 4th of July weekend (7-7-2012) and after reading some reviews I decided to cancel the order. There was no one ever there at totalbedroom.com to anwser my call to cancel the order. Every time I logged in to check my status it read PENDING. I sent an email stating to cancel my order. I then called my CC and told them to cancel my order. On Monday I received an email from a person at the company ****@**** and they told me that I cannot cancel my order due to a 24 hour notice (which was on a weekend and no one was at the place) and then processed the order on that Monday. Now my order status reads 7/9/2012 Processing Order approved and communicated to warehouse for shipping. Very shady people at this location. I am lucky I called my CC this weekend before they decided to go ahead and process the order. Goes to show they are willing to do anything to take your money. I would STAY AWAY."

"I got solid deal on a bed for my daughter. Compared prices to other sites and with free shipping was very pleased with the value. Site quoted "stock". It did take 2 weeks to deliver, but when I called customer service - they were very responsive and were able to give me shipping information.

I am very happy with the product and service. I have since purchased a set of lamps.

"I would never buy from them again. While I did get answers to my emails, they were pat answers, and obvious that they had no care for customer. Item promised in 3 to 4 weeks, still not here. Guess the savings comes straight out of the customer service department."

"I ordered a bed and a mattress from totalbedroom.com a month and a half ago. The delivery time was estimated at two weeks for my bed. The mattress got here within that time but the bed never did. I have been trying to call them and e-mail them for the last couple of weeks and they do not pick up their phone. The voicemail box appears full and I have not gotten a response to my e-mail.

Have no idea what to do now.

"I purchased a headboard from totalbedroom.com on February 01, 2008. The status of the order is still pending which indicates that the order has not been shipped from their facility. The company has failed to respond to the two emails and voice mail I left with the customer service department regarding my order. Every time I have contacted the customer service number listed on the site, I reach a recording that requests my contact information. This morning at 9:00 AM, that recording was accompanied by a message indicating that the voice mailbox was full. Avoid doing business with this company."

"Not in this lifetime will i EVER purchase from totalbedroom.com. They advertise "1-2 week delivery" which is a line of CRAP. I placed my order on Oct 26th- They had absolutely no problem taking the $400 out of my bank account on that day! On Oct 29th they "approved" my order and contacted the warehouse to ship it. 2 weeks later and they STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED MY ORDER!! I emailed them on a monday to find out what the deal was with the shipping.. no reply. I emailed them again on wednesday.. STILL NO REPLY. I've called multiple times and after being put on hold 10+ minutes I am told the same old line "we will email you when we find out the status". Never ever again will I buy from this site!! And I STILL have not received my order, let alone heard from anyone regarding it!!"

"Store shipped damaged items. Said they pick up and replace. Shipper refused to pick up damaged item. I have no way to dispose of damaged 160 pound headboard.

No phone support and email support is dismal.

"Glad I am the first to get this company here.
I ordered a bed online after finding it at Totalbedroom.com for about $300 less than I would have paid at a local store (they had it for $406 shipped as opposed to $600 plus tax and delivery). Item arrived about a week and a half after I placed the order. Everything was in perfect condition. I was initially hesitant to order furniture online, but this was definitely a good experience. Thank you Totalbedroom.com!
