"It took almost three weeks for them to send me the wrong product. They do not answer the phone but will call back within 48 hours but only to the number associated with you PayPal Acct and not the cell number you ask them to call. I emailed and got no answers. I asked for a refund and they sent another set of vacuum bag and those were also not the bags I ordered. Paypal is refunding my money. I will never do business with this company again.I placed my order on 2/25/11 and today is 3/31/11. I returned the bags sent to me at my expense and hopefully I will get my money back in the next few days."
