"I ordered belts for my Bissel ProHeat steam cleaner. Instead, I was sent some type of vacuum belts. Unfortunately, my son opened the package so I didn't bother trying to return it - not to mention I don't have time. Unfortunately, I'm still left with a steam cleaner that doesn't work.

"totalvac had sent my product to an incorrect address and will not even answer phone calls or e-mails other than an automated response to say my e-mail was deleted. 3 months no parts or money.I am very disappointed with their services the product may be fine but I would not know about that since I can not get my parts."

I guess were even now since I lied about removing the review. The fact that you actually brought that up here makes me wonder... would you have still sent out the bags if I didnt say I would remove the review?

"These people have shipped everything I ordered (quite a few separate items) although it did take them a couple of weeks, even though everything was listed as being in stock.

On the plus side, the prices were competitive, and some of what I ordered is probably not what you would call "hot items." The shipping services they use are slow as molassas, but they do ultimately deliver what got shipped.

There isn't a whole lot of competition on a lot of what this company sells, e.g. esoteric vacuum cleaner parts. Unless you are in a huge rush, this company will probably satisfy you in the long run."
