"I ordered Frontline Plus for our dogs from Total Pet Supply.com. Also, generic heart worm meds for our dogs (Australian version "nuheart", NO PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED) for dirt cheap. Yep, I may be a fool ... but I'll laugh all the way to the bank. I HAD NO PROBLEMS! Frontline AND heartworm generic arrived at our house in 8 calendar days! I placed my order and then found these really poor reviews. I was skeptical of TPS, but our order here was flawless! 1st time customer. I LOVE THEM!"

"Service is seriously lacking in promptness. Ordered Interceptor and Frontline from them on Jan 11. Frontline came after a couple weeks; they waited 11 days after they received prescription from my vet to tell me Interceptor was on backorder from the manufacturer (they said that there is up to a 5-day processing period after the prescription is received, but obviously this was way beyond 5 days), then a few days after Interceptor was supposed to be back in stock, I got a call saying it was still on backorder, and I was willing to give them another chance. It is now Feb 24 and Interceptor is still on backorder, and I have canceled my order. They charged my card the day I placed my order. They are apparently located in Canada (and maybe NZ?) and ship from outside the US, so their standard shipping time is given as 8-12 days (I was also told 2-3 weeks on the phone). Aside from saving a few bucks on shipping with an order over $99, the only positive thing I can say is that they answer the phone relatively quickly, but that does me no good when I need my dog's heartworm meds by March 1. So I just ordered from AbsolutelyPets.com, which has been reliable in my past experience and standard shipping USPS priority: 2-3 days."

"Today is October 28, and I have not receive shipment from them on order from September 18. They claim that they shipped it, but there is no tracking information. They said they will re-ship or reimburse, but I needed my product long time ago!

"Reliable seller. Order shipped only three days after it was placed and prescription information mailed in. Package was shipped out of Bellingham, WA, so, being in WA myself, it arrived less than a week after placing the order.

Web site is easy to use; order process is fine. Had no need to contact customer service."
