"All I can say is wow! Total Power PC is a retailer that has far exceeded my expectations for customer service,shipping and quality of product. At first I was skeptical because even though they had the lowest price on the net for the graphics card I wanted, I had no idea about the company. The website to me looked thrown together. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a shot and ordered on the afternoon of March 28th. Next day I had a tracking number stating a delivery on March 30th! Boy the Sapphire HD 7850 OC edition a sweet card.

After receiving the product, I noticed that there was an adapter missing. Turns out it is an adapter that only comes with the Full SKU boxes. However, Andrew at Total Power PC went above and beyond and sent me an adapter free of charge. This is the type of company that every other company should be like! Andrew got me my graphics card in two days, tax free, free shipping, and hooked it up with an adapter so I can game with dual monitors.

Please give this growing company a chance like I did and you will receive quality products and superb customer service.

I will definitely be adding Total Power PC to my places for purchase, because the quality of product and service is exactly what any customer would want.

I know many of you would buy from Amazon or Newegg, but check them out. Get passed the look of the website and even call if you dont believe the company to be true. I did, and I got better customer service than either Amazon or Newegg could offer, especially with no tax and free shipping!

"I am impressed with the service I got from Total Power PC, for the short version just read the last paragraph- otherwise please read the following reasoning.

I was thinking about buying a new video card, and noticed Total Power PC had them in stock and at the cheapest price. I didn't have my mind set on buying it but I figured I would look into their average shipping time, and more info on how long it would take to receive if I were to order it.
I emailed them requesting the information and was surprised to get a response the same night. Not only that, but he said he had 1 in stock in a warehouse only 6 hours away from me. I purchased the card in hopes of receiving it on the 19th (monday 3 day shipping after 1 day processing).
I received my tracking information today (March 14th) and the card is scheduled for delivery on the 15th. Thats basically 1 day processing, 1 day shipping on an order from a small business with a responsive and "on-top-of-it" attitude to get me my item asap.

Overall I strongly suggest giving these guys a shot- I'm glad I did, and plan to check their prices on all my future items before purchasing from an automated big box retailer such as NewEgg. Beat their prices, got it to me fastest and I didn't have to deal with automated customer service... Thanks so much Andrew, at TotalPowerPC.com"

They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and were very cooperative and helpful. "I was a bit skeptical at first due to the site not being on Reseller Ratings, but after a quick email to Total Power PC, I was quickly assured and convinced that I had nothing to fear. The SSD I was purchasing was very competitively priced compared to sites like Amazon and Newegg... figured it was worth the risk. Ordered, and had it shipped to me in less than a week as advertised.
