"So I was looking for a convection vaporizer and in doing my homework saw they all were more problematic than the conduction vaporizers. I landed on the Firefly 2 as a trusted brand , but then when shopping around saw To the Clouds sold used ones. Then I saw I could send it back if I didn't like it. I was a bit skeptical so I called in and spoke with a young gentlemen who was very pleasant and explained everything clearly. Two days later I had my Firefly 2 and wow I must say it looked like it had never been used. The vaporizer works great and there is no need to upgrade to a new one as I originally intended. However the icing on the cake was the service from these guys. I will no doubt be a customer for life"
