"I ordered a set of wheels and trucks (they were a bundle) sized 139mm. This is for a skateboard by the way. When they got here, I opened them to put the wheels and trucks together. The trucks fit my board, but when I tried to put the wheels on the trucks, they were wayyy too thick and kept falling off the trucks (with the metal nut attached). Obviously I can't ride a board with the wheels falling off, so I contacted customer service to see if I can return the bundle/get refunded. I explained that the wheels didn't fit the trucks that came with them, and they basically said that I could've ordered the wrong size for the board. I explained that I ordered the right size, because the width (139mm) is the width that I ordered when I ordered my board, and that the width of the trucks weren't the problem. I'm not sure they understood that I was saying that the wheels were too big for the trucks. "

"This is a terrible company. And many others have experienced the same thing I did. In addition to here, check the BBB reviews and complaints about this company. They routinely cancel orders if they think they can get more money for an item. On 6/12/2019 I purchased a gallon of Armstrong S-289 flooring adhesive for $38.99 + $9.99 shipping. They confirmed the order and charged my PayPal saying that the charge would show up under UNITED ACCESSORIES. It actually showed up under "Light Sales", but that's a different issue. Then on 6/13/2019 I received an email from their customer service stating that my order was being cancelled and I was being refunded because it was "damaged in shipping" and they "did not have another one to resend". So I checked their website and they still listed the product on there but with an updated price of $53.28 + $19.99 shipping. So they did have it, they just didn't want to sell it to me for their originally advertised price. Luckily, they did refund my money."
