"They listed their product as MLS, sent me EPL cards, and are going to charge me a 10% restocking fee, the original shipping, the return shipping, and handling costs to return the wrong product! Terrible business. "

Bad Business Practice

"Put an order on March 25 for 2 cards they had in stock. 3 days later they sent me an email on the 28 stating they would cancel my order due to them not having them in stock. Really should be more aware of what they do and don't have in stock. Waste of time. Bad business practice."

Worse than a third rate eBay seller

"Purchasing from this third-party vendor was like stepping backwards in time 20 years. There is no sign of intelligence or competency in their business, inaccurately describing if not damaging items in preparation for shipment. When something goes wrong then it's up to you, the buyer, to take added steps in the fulfillment of your purchase. This is precisely what is wrong with socalled online professionals: they would not know customer relations from a portable toilet, and often present them as exactly the same."

ToyWiz First Purchase - Now my go to for comics

"Ordered 5 different comics from ToyWiz. Items were in stock and shipped within 2 days. Comics were individually bagged with board and shipped in a protective shipping box designed for books/comics.
Easy transaction, fast shipping, most importantly comics were protected and treated with care.
Will definitely buy from again!

No goods no refund

"I have ordered a Lamelo trading card funko, and it has not been released by manufacturer yet. Order placed 3/30, and paid by then. I have decided not to wait anymore 6 months later in October and asked for a full refund. They said they wont refund and offered website credit instead… I dont want to order a thing from them anymore so they forced me to keep my order pending."

"Shipped the incorrect item. I received two squishmallows instead of a pokemon blastoise plush. What nincompoop doesn't know what a pokemon is?

They screwed up, then want me to jump through hoops sending pictures as proof. What do I have to gain from this? The incorrect merchandise they sent is worth more than what I ordered. I'm just trying to get what I ordered, which I won't have now in time for Christmas because of their incompetence. Must have a bunch of rubes working there.

Bullshit

"I ordered a pack of HRO DC Hybrid Trading Cards. The price was for a 29 pack and thought that was what I was buying but no. It's way marked up. I'm cool with the part they got make money but so do i. I expected them to get to me maybe 5/10 business days max. I paid on march 28th and I haven't received my package or an email explaining where it is. I know for a fact they are a very hot item and saw 8 in stock. Now their has been many many shipped after the fact. I can't get that time back.. so unfair they sold my paid for product to someone other than me. Where's my mother effen product? Time is money. I'm losing cash by the day that I can't get what I paid for!!!!!!!! Never again with this place. "
