The order was shipping to my nephews in Tucson, AZ. After no response from this company, I did some research and found my tracking number which said my package was delivered to Vermont. "DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! IT IS A BIG JOKE!! I only wish I had looked at this site before I had placed an order. I ordered a Spongebob Emergency Room Lego Set which they said they had in stock. I placed the order on 12-10-08. According to the website they ship items 24-48 hours after payment. I paid immediately on 12-10-08 after placing the order. By 12-19-08 I was wondering where my order was and since the website had no shipping status for my item I decided to e-mailed them - no response. I waited another day and e-mailed again - no response. I then called their company number which is some kind of general mailbox that doesn't even state the company's name. I e-mailed them one last time on 12-22-08, again - no reponse. I was so furios because this item was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son that I decided to file a claim with paypal. Thank God I paid with paypal. I then got a response from the company stating how sorry they were but the item was actually out of stock and on back order. Needless to say, they gave me my money back but my son was highly disappointed. They seem like some fly by night company that's in way over their heads if you ask me. I would be very, very cautious about ordering anything from them. I would advise people NOT to order from them and try to find what your looking for someplace else. Even if you read the reviews of satisfied people, the company still seems a little shaky. I just wanted to let people know what happened to me so no one else will end up disappointed. Thanks."

I tried to track the package but found out there is no package to track. It is now 9-17 and I still do not have the items that I ordered, but they have my money! "I ordered a Nintendo DS Lite Limited Edition Metallic Rose on 12/10/07. It is now late on 12/19. I have been unable to get a response on when this will ship despite numerous emails and a message left in their anonymous "Grand Central" voicemail box. Their website claims they will ship in stock orders in 24-48 hours. I will be filing a dispute with Paypal in the morning. Stay away from this seller.

"Purchased the Wii console (sports bundle). It was in stock and priced well below other online offers at the time (in many cases by $150-$300). After a few weeks scouring the Web for the Wii console I was surprised to find it at such a ‘good deal’ especially with the supply/demand issues and the approaching frenzied holiday shopping season.
The toystoreinc.com site was easy to use and navigate, but the design is very basic (and the list a lot of stuff). It seemed a little novice, and because of that it took a day or two before I was comfortable enough to take the next step (also, I couldn’t find enough customer reviews for the site). Wii console prices were increases almost by the day it seemed, and with fewer becoming available I needed to make a decision ASAP (note, they do list several phone numbers and detailed policies and customer service standards and processes).
Toystoreinc.com uses Google Checkout (if you don’t have a Google account you’ll need to set one up; not a big deal). I received a same-day confirmation when my order was received, and a second e-mail when the order was shipped. They included my DHL tracking number and a link to DHL to track the shipment (which I did obsessively). Note, I didn’t have a shipping option during checkout (ground, two-day, etc.,), or I missed that part, which wasn’t a big deal, but if you need something in less than a week I’m not sure if you’ll get it (perhaps you can call in your order and give your shipping preference).
The console arrived in exactly one week. The console box was shipped in a used frying pan box (not a big deal) and packed securely with ‘plastic bubble.’
I was thrilled (and relieved) that the transaction went so smoothly. Checkout was quick and easy, I received e-mail at key points in the transaction, and the product arrived on time and in great shape. In the past I’ve really only made online purchases from major retailers and this transaction was on par with any of those transactions.
I will definitely use toystorinc.com again.
