"I made two separate two-hour trips to the local Toyota dealer. I was there for a total of about four hours. Yes you read that right. To make a long story short, the guys there (including the manager) just could NOT seem to figure out which parts I actually needed -- in spite of my significantly helping them with the process, some of it just didn't happen. These guys are all in WAY over there heads and probably should not be working in the automotive field. Anyway, I digress. I went to the dealer because I know they can get parts the next day, and I wanted to get this project done this week (not going to happen now!). That was a big mistake. When I FINALLY was able to go and pay for my parts order there and pick it up, half the parts were wrong (in addition to one wrong part that I had already spotted while I was still at the dealer). Anyway, I was able to go directly to the official Toyota web site to the OEM Toyota parts center and look at the official Toyota parts diagrams, which enabled me to figure out the part numbers for everything I actually still needed (like I said, half my damn order from the dealer...). I then cross referenced those official OEM Toyota part numbers with the same numbers that ToyotaPartsDeal provide (thank you! please keep doing this!!) and finally verify that I had all of the parts I actually needed / that everything was correct [and of course I also entered my VIN here to help with that]. I wish I had gone this route first instead of wasting time with those "fine folks" at the dealership! I won't have the project done this week :( But at least I WILL get it done, and I know it will be done right and with the correct parts. It sometimes seems that one really does have to do EVERYTHING oneself these days. Toyota Parts Deal is getting it right. You can't go wrong here! "
