"EDIT response to the company's reply to my post: You have failed to provide "high-quality customer service" and I gave you the opportunity to improve my experience and you also failed to do that.
I placed an order on 3/3/34 that showed it should arrive between 3/8/24 and 3/14/24. ToyotaPartsDeal did not even order the parts from Toyota until 3/11/24 and the items then shipped to me on 3/12/24 and did not arrive until 3/18/24. Upon opening the package I found four of my items missing, one bent and damaged from being shoved in the box, and one item that I did not order and doesn't even fit my car/engine. I submitted an RMA form requesting the missing items be expedited to me as I have now been waiting for these parts for over two weeks. Instead, the replacement order was shipped out and states it will not arrive until 3/25/24, over three weeks after placing my order. I called and spoke to a manager about compensation since they made a mistake and couldn't even expedite the shipping and I was only told they do not expedite shipping and do not provide compensation for their mistakes. I should have ordered straight from the local dealer in the first place and suggest you do the same."

The oil filter with the new part number arrived and it's the incorrect size for my vehicle. ToyotaPartsDeal is refusing to RMA the filter due to the low cost of the filters."

"Order should have shipped 2-3 days still have not received as if today ( order 3-6-24) I received an email stating it was the second one sent( never received 1st one) that I needed to call. I called on monday 3-11-24 I was told one of my items was no longer available, the person I talked to was not very pleasant could not tell what the part was also if i wanted to continue with the order or not, so I looked up my order, told it I would continue my order without that one piece. Asked her when will it be shipped, she said the next day you will receive an email when shipping, an email never came.
