"I purchased the wrong part for my vehicle. I purchased a tail light for my SUV but instead of ordering the tail light that is on the body of the vehicle, I ordered the light for the lift gate. I opened the box pulled the light out and realized my mistake. I submitted my Return Material Authorization form but received an email that since the box was open, I couldn't return the light. I spoke with Daisy who was very helpful and understood my situation; my vehicle needs to be inspected this month and I'm not currently working due to the coronavirus. She said she was going to see what see could do, but again I got the email that the part couldn't be returned. Not sure what I'm going to do now."

"After several days of looking at their at a bracket that extends my parking break to accommodate trd pro fox shocks I decided to purchase from Toyota Parts group. The part was $9.33 and they wanted $9.24 to ship, which was a rip off but I couldn't find the part anywhere else so I paid it. The next days I received a message saying they changed the part number, the price is now increased and I owe an additional $30.84. The website still shows the part I ordered available for purchase, they haven't removed it. The part itself is the same, different price now. They took my money for something and now want to jack up the price, unbelievable. This is poor customer service at its finest. I will never purchase another part here again. I'm also a member of several facebook groups with tens of thousands of members, I will share my experience with them as well. "
