"I would have give them 0 star if I could.... They overcharged my account by 50% of my order total. When complained it about, they immediately rejected and said "no, we did not overcharged you.." Many times I called them to resolve the issue but all I got was rejection. There is a lady on the billing department even hanged up the phone on me (I think her name was Lily). Finally, I called my bank to resolve the issue. Only then they accepted that they overcharged my bank account and refund me money. BUT not the whole amount!!!
