"Using their ONLINE order system and my cars VIN I ordered this item. It was received and the AAA rated local auto repair place looked at the package and did not open it but cut a small hole in the bubble wrap to view the 3/4 inch connector and VERIFY that it was the wrong size and would not fit in the car. The bubble wrap package was still sealed and only had a 1 inch slice cut int the bubble wrap to be sure the part connector and the cars connect WERE IN FACT DIFFERENT AND WOULD NOT WORK. The company is refusing to take the part back as their online system verified by my cars VIN that it was the correct part.
According to Toyota regional support folks and our local Toyota of Dartmouth (MA) parts manager they say the IT IS NOT UNCOMMON TO HAVE PACKAGING PROBLEMS with these parts. So, someone must have packaged it wrong and I have a $220 part that they won't take back.

" the throttler body is good i checked it out but it did not fix my problem at all. i still get a 2000 rpm that wont go down after getting warm. Now i have two throttle bodies the original one from the 97 Toyota Tacoma v6 and the one i purchased from you guys $690.00 Sad to say I'm getting a IAC code PO505 and engine light know I'm trying to figure out what this is and how to fix it . That's the problem when you have a nice well taken care of truck but old parts . Maybe frank Wilson can call me give me some pointers what to do next.
