"I used my VIN to select the correct part for my vehicle. I was given 2 options for my driver side mirror, 1 was just over $200, the other was over $400. I could not figure out the difference in the mirrors, so I assumed one was a knock off brand, the other the OEM. So I ordered the lesser mirror. When I received it in March, I noticed that it didn't have the turn signal like mine has, but thought, not a big deal, as long as it works I am OK with it. Got the entire mirror installed, went to plug it in and realized that the plug in was different. So I had to remove it and reinstall my old mirror. Sent the mirror back, and was told that I might have to pay 20% restocking fee. I was very unhappy with this since I used the VIN to find the part and your system said that this mirror was correct for my vehicle. I was given the option to buy the right one and you would wave the fee. So I attempted to order the correct one, at which point your system did not like something about my billing address. Your company tried a couple of times to get ahold of me by email, but somehow I didn't see it until I got the cancelation notice. It is now April 29th and I am just praying that my part comes in within the next month or 2. Really wish I would have just gone to the dealership and got it done correctly the first time. Oh and now you want an invoice number, please tell me which of the invoices you would like me to give you, 1 of the 3 that I have?"
