"TL:DR Be very careful ordering from this company. If you happen to get the right item, it's probably a good shopping experience. But if they mistakenly send you a different item than what you ordered, you'll likely be paying for their mistake. Watch out.
I placed an order for floor mats. I matched the black floor mats to the color of the black floor mats in my car. The picture on the website showed a clear image of the black floor mats, with the corresponding color label on the mats to verify. I ordered the floor mats.
When I received the mats, they seemed to be lighter than I was expecting, but they were wrapped in a hazy gray bag and it wasn't possible to determine the color for sure. After opening the product, it was clear, this was a light gray floor mat. It was nothing like the item in the picture, despite being tagged as the right color.
This was disappointing, but mistakes happen. I contacted support and explained the situation. I'm pretty forgiving and understandable by nature. They have a lot of parts for sale, and it's likely this was an honest mistake on their part. The company asked for some pictures of the item and of the labels on the item, and I thought they would do the right thing and correct their mistake. Then after a few days they denied the replacement because the item was opened.
I would understand if this was an item I opened and didn't want, or if this was an item that came in clear packaging that you could see what you were buying, or if they didn't ask for pictures of the item and labels that required opening the bag to obtain... but none of that was the case here. I still want the item I ordered. They sent me an item that didn't match the item on their website. I couldn't see that without opening it.
With any reputable company, it would've been a simple replacement exchange and an apology for their mistake. Instead, I get to go through the BBB and likely my credit card company to have the charges refunded for a product they didn't deliver. It'll be a lot of my own time that I'll have to spend fixing their mistake. Buyer beware."
