"I ordered on Monday and placed the order based on receiving the part by Thursday or Friday (dates they promised when the order was placed). When it had not been given a shipping number by Wednesday I called to cancel and I procured the part locally (on Thursday). The **** the phone assured me that the order would be cancelled but instead of receiving a confirmation for the cancelled order, I received an email that the product had shipped and was supposed to arrive on Saturday. When I email about the support people about the situation and get an RMA, I was told that because it is an electronic item I could not return it for credit. The part showed up on Monday and it was visibly bent out of shape. I threw it away. I will never order from these people again. Also, the locally sourced product (from a dealer) only cost me a dollar and a half more. Live and learn. "
