"I ordered a part about Sept 6, 2024. I was sent the wrong part. I called to get this fixed and talked to DEVIN BROWN. He asked me to email a picture of my order number and the part I actually received. I sent that email on SEPT 23, 2024 and then talked to him and he acknowledged that the wrong part had been sent. He said he would send me the correct part and a way to return the wrong one. I didn't hear from him so I resent the email ASKING WHERE THE PART I ORDERED AND PAID FOR WAS? NO RESPONSE, and so today (October 17, 2024) I called and all I get is lousy music!"
