Day 1 - Order parts
Day 15 - Having received zero communication other than initial order confirmation, I request to cancel order via website form
Day 24 - Email to cancel order since there has still been zero communication
Day 24 - Credit is coincidentally charged
Day 25 - Call to cancel order, sit on hold for 5 minutes before giving up
Day 25 - Order ships later in the day
