"I did get a call from the company inquiring as to whether I was ordering the correct interior door handle in that the VIN number showed that the appropriate color should be sandalwood as opposed to the rose pink color I selected. I was informed that if I selected sandalwood I could return it and get the shipping charge refunded as well, but that if I stuck with the rose pink color I would not. I received the part yesterday on March 11th and ordered it on online on February 23rd, so it took about three weeks to get the part. The color of rose pink is correct. I selected the color based on a photo of a rose stone Avalon steering wheel on the web. Sandalwood is the brown color of the remainder of the interior, but the interior door handles have a gray color trim in contrast, which is rose pink or close to it. So, in conclusion, it was up to me to select the correct color as opposed to the company. "

"I placed my order on line and within in a few minutes i received an email acknowledging my order. There was a status button in the email that let me know the status of my order. The order clearly stated that shipping could take 2 to 4 days to ship. after the 4th day, i received an update the order has shipped with a tracking number. the order was packed well and everything arrived without any damage. The shipping was also very reasonable compared to other retailers, including my own local Toyota dealer.
