"I ordered some parts for my Tacoma. I tried to use a 5% coupon I had received but it would not go through. I sent an email to Customer Service. Next day I had a response from Matt. First, he told me that one part I ordered was not correct for the VIN on my truck. OK, let's get the right one - well it was a mare expensive one but It is Toyota. Next, the PCV valve I ordered was wrong but the right one was cheaper. Alright. Finally, he addressed the coupon issue and got me that 5%. It's not a lot but it's something. My order arrived yesterday, complete and correct. That was the fastest I've ever had an order delivered from any of the online Toyota Parts folks. I want to thank Matt, especially, for his excellent care of my needs.
