Not only did you have it, it’s coming already in the color! So no painting, which is good because it’s not a cheap piece of trim for the size. "

I call Oct. 20th, and the parts rep said they hadn't even began processing the order for a part THEY HAD IN STOCK THE WHOLE TIME. He apologized and said they would ship it out on Monday the 23rd. I call again to follow up on that Monday. Part Still didn't ship. It was just sitting on the parts counter as the rep over the phone stated. Lakeland is only an hour and 15 min away from where I live. America.....where you now have to follow behind 80% of those who have to jobs to make sure they actually DO their job. Smh =/"
