"I was very disappointed to find out that my return part would not be refunded to me. All because of a sticker. No partial refund I asked for them to return the part back to me. It was an exhaust manifold heat shield cover that my mechanic must have removed the sticker before finding out that the part would not fit over the new manifold. So I returned it thinking I would get a refund but I did not know about the sticker needing to be on my part my part was unused not dirty in new condition nothing wrong with it not refund all because of a sticker. I understand their return policy but I'm highly disappointed with the service that I received. Now my part is on its way back to me again so I can hope to recoup some of my losses by selling it on eBay possibly. I will not do business with this facility again. I am a devoted toyota owner & am highly angry with the experience I had today. If you valued your customers you would find a way to make a transaction right. What auto shop wouldn't remove a sticker before trying to install an exhaust heat shield cover? Seriously so it doesn't burn up!"
