Charged $15 when I made the purchase, got an email saying I needed to pay another $23 and it would ship out, delaying again another day. A taillight assembly is not heavy, not more than 8lbs. Not my money, company I work for has an open limit card, but with things like this, they can close access from the other 5000 locations so not able to purchase from here. Again, good part, good ship, just perturbed by the extra charge and explaining to my customer."

For several days, and on several attempts, the phone was answered and I was asked to hold. I was placed on hold and no attendant returned to help me.
