"The picture on the website and on the box of the All-Weather Floor Liners for TRD Off-Road is not as advertised. The picture on the website and box looks good but what I got wasn't it. An accurate picture of the floor mats is on BAM Wholesale Parts just look up 2020-2021 TOYOTA RAV4 TRD OFF-ROAD ALL WEATHER FLOOR MATS PT908-42200-20 OEM - TOYOTA (PT908-42200-20) and it's the one with BAM Wholesale Parts website. The mats are flatter so it's not as ridged as the one in the picture and the TRD Off Road Letters are in red so the mats are black with red letters. We picked in store pick up but they didn't have them so we waited three days to pick them up which was not bad but we regretted not getting them shipped to the house. We would like to return them but it'll be worse since they take a 35% return fee if it's not their fault and let's face it big companies always win. They'll probably say it's still our fault. Besides everything wrong with it they do fit the 2021 Toyota Rav4 XLE and will most likely do it's job in protecting the floor but I wish I just wish they advertised what it really looks like to avoid confusion. "
