"I've ordered Toyota parts online to pick up at Toyota of Downtown LA twice already. My first experience wasn't much different from the second, though this second time was worse. The staff working there was friendly trying to service a busy shop, however my complaints are related to the fact that when I'm there to "pick up my order" I watched how my order is not "ready for pick up." After I waited in line for a while to be helped, the guy over the counter sees I'm here to pick up my parts and then goes to the back and starts pulling my parts one by one, which takes more time for me to get my things and go. This most recent visit, I left without my second oil filter I ordered so I wasted money by ordering a part I didn't receive and realized I forgot until much later. "

"Ordered a part & when I called I was told it was going to be cancelled because I entered my payment information incorrectly.
Understandable so I asked the gentleman over the phone can you order it and I’ll pay when I arrive which I was told yes I’ll order it.
Told it was going to arrive Monday and when I went
I was told it wasn’t ordered at all.
Had to reorder & pick up a day later and while there are 4 workers at the front desk, only 1 was really working and the other three are just walking and putting people on hold.
I usually don’t complain but the lack of communication between employees and the lack of explaining to the customer what’s going on is an embarrassment for not only a company but for self respect your employees have for themselves and their work ethic."
"I asked questions to the person who helped me. He was very unfriendly and seem bother by my questions. I hope they get more serious talk to costumer service about been friendly and helpful with the people. Cause we are paying to buy the items that we are buying "
"I ordered floor mats online and chose store pick up. An email was sent that my order was ready for pick up. An employee ignored that I was next and let someone else cut me off in line to help them. The other employee ask for my ID and asked "when was my email sent?". I told him I had the order number and he said "I didnt ask you that". The email I received from toyota didn't specify I needed an ID nor the date of when the email was sent. It was suppose to be a simple pick up order but those two employees need more customer service training.

"Estuvo bien, pero creo podrían mejorar según tengo entendido cuando hacen una inspección para que todo esté bien en el auto deben de avisarle al cliente sobre cualquier problema y poder resolverlo, eso me pasó a mí, habían cosas que si no me fijara claro es mi auto pero por eso lo llevo al dealer para eso mismo hay cosas que le faltaban como líquidos importantes y filtro como puede pasar algo así? Bueno esta vez no fue la mejor y el último servicio ni si quiera quedó registrado en el auto."

“Hello, Your order was placed when you called in on 8/17/24. The order was picked up from our warehouse and returned to the dealership a bit late at 5pm due to one of our delivery trucks having a flat tire. We had to route another truck to pick everything up. You were told on a recorded phone call that the order would be ready after 3pm and to call back to confirm it arrived before coming down. Instead, you sent your friend down to pick up the part at 2:53pm. I'm not sure why you need to lie on a review about customer service.”
