Salesman (5 stars): Both Roberto Lasalle and Michael Ostrawski are Army veterans that understand how to communicate with people in general and understand many Soldiers approach to things. They worked as a team and were transparent throughout my entire experience there.

Trade-in (2 stars): My trade in was evaluated by a gentleman named Evan. He evaluated my trade efficiently but harshly. Noting auction prices as the primary reason for what I considered a low-ball offer. I did communicate that I had done a thorough amount of market research and analysis over a three month period and would reasonably negotiate. There was some deliberation but he was only willing to increase the offer by a few hundred dollars. This issue was a critical factor for me and I walked away from the deal with intentions of not returning.

General Manger (4 stars): Brad Tyson ultimately and directly resolved the trade-in issue and was very professional during our interactions. I would’ve preferred the issue be resolved on the spot, but it was resolved none-the-less and I appreciate him stepping in and making it right for me.

Toyota Financial Services / Finance (4 stars): my only gig here is that Toyota Financial Services refused to match banks pre-approved rate. Very friendly and efficient when it came down to brass tax, and they didn’t aggressively push all the other products most finance offices probably do."
