"Para empezar la persona que me atendio nos dio un mal servicio compre una parte para mi carro me lo vendieron a $48 luego lo vi onle a 23 y quice hacer el cambio por ovias razones, compre la de menor valor y regrese al diler y no me aceptaron la devolucion del repuesto no me dieron una justificacion valida si no que dijo que es mas cara porque el la busca en el diler y me tuve que quedar con la cara "

Getting A Toyota Camry Part

"Hello, I purchased a part online and went to Lancaster Toyota to pick it up. I called and eventually hung up when trying to verify if the part was available, and three times was immediately put on hold with music. There was no "welcome to Lancaster Toyota, can I please put you on hold." There was nothing but an immediate, obnoxious music. Upon arriving at the parts department, I met two girls that referred me to a man on their left working at the parts counter. He was helpful and retrieved my part. I asked him about the price of other parts and what it would cost to have them replaced on my Toyota. He told me what the part would cost but couldn't be absolutely sure since I didn't have the vin number of my car. He told me you'll have to go over there to get the installation price. I wasn't sure where over there was, I didn't know a salesman from a manager from a parts person. I walked to the right toward a room where two ladies were working, and they virtually ignored me. I stood there for a while and was ignored some more, then walked toward a guy at his desk. After my initial contact at the parts office with two girls, no one asked if they could help me. It was obvious to me that I was waiting for someone to ask that question. As I stood at his desk, he finally asked me what I needed, I told him, and he told me what the labor would be. To make a long story short, the communication is in great need of improvement. When a customer walks in, the open lobby of the parts department is very undefined, there are multiple employees with different tasks that are unidentified, there are off-shooting rooms or offices that are unidentified. If one thinks of a customer coming in for the very first time, modifications could be made to make it much more user friendly. Much of the issue is structural and also a seemingly lack of customer service training."

Battery for 07Prius

"I have a year-old battery and will be checking to see if they can swap my purchase for a current year battery. I pay for new and not for an old item that fits my car. My car may be old but the parts should be at its best. Nonmechanical items are okay from any year as long as it is unopened and all moving parts or electrical should be new. I came to the dealership for new and not for last year, whatever is available, old items that I can get elsewhere. I had a bad day with the Lancaster branch. They had technical issues with the phones. I was on hold or limbo for over an hour and did not hang up the phone to show it to the manager who took care of it by calling staff and IT. The disappointing part was that the department that I called (Parts) did not apologize at any time. The cashier, manager, and service staff did. Other than getting a year-old battery and trying to get a department to apologize for the phone experience, I was helped and informed everything on the purchase information regarding the battery."
