When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that it had been damaged while it was in their care. The damage was clearly new and had not been there when I dropped off the vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the staff right away, expecting them to take responsibility and offer a solution.
However, I was extremely disappointed with their response—or rather, the lack of one. Despite my concerns, they did absolutely nothing to address the issue. I was left to deal with the damage myself, both in terms of cost and inconvenience.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with a very negative impression of this dealership. I would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their vehicle to [Dealership Name], as their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.
