Toyota of North Miami.
I ordered the parts online and went in person to pick up the parts. I stood at the online pick up counter for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there.
One male counter clerk was on his personal cell having a conversation, the other female clerk was leaning on the counter swiping away on her cell phone, and besides them there were 3 cashiers sitting down doing absolutely nothing……
Finally I had enough, & I politely said to the female clerk “excuse me, is there someone who can help me”?
She comes up to me and replies, “how can I help you”? I answer, I’m here to pick up my order”, she asks me for my name, then goes to the back room.
She comes out with another female employee,
and this other employee asks, “how can I help you”?….. I again reply, “I’m here to pick up my order”, & give her my name.
At this point they both walk to the back stock room, & after a few minutes they both come out (without my parts), and they approach the male count clerk (which has been talking on his cell phone all this time). He ends his phone call, approaches me & asks “how can I help you”?
I reply again, “I’m here to pick up my order”, and give him my name.
He goes to the back stock room and finally brings out my parts.
This level of customer service at a believed to be reputable Toyota dealership is clearly unacceptable.
I have ordered parts before at this same location and the level of customer service has been the same, horrible.
I can only hope my review will mean something, and perhaps customer service at this location can be improved.

"one part was cancelled as no longer available , yet it was allowed to go into my cart :( the second part had to be returned as it was the wrong part that was substituted , again a part no longer being sold and was allowed to go to my cart. The other parts are correct and I had to go to Amazon for the part that is no longer available ? Victor's guidance was great, thus the 4* as he couldn't be responsible for the website person not keeping up on the availability of parts."
