"I was trying to call and there was never someone to attend my call. I would be redeirectes to parts or online departement and wait forever..."

"called the parts department to find out if the part would work with my car and was on hold for over 30 minutes until Sabastian was finally able to pickup to assist. Found out that he needed to verify Vin and I told him I could get it but would take me 5 minutes to get it and if I could call back but instead of telling me sure he was very hesitant and stated that he was very busy and was not sure if he could stay in the office for at least 5 minutes for me to call him back even thou I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for him to pick. Not very good when it comes to customer service and how the customer should be treated."
