On review I noted that there was n unnecessary duplicate in the order I placed. Instead of having to cancel the order myself, "service" cancelled the erroneous order and placed a new one on my behalf and confirmed the updated order via email. Service became aware and I had a brief and to the point telephone conversation with my service manager who set up a tentative date for the repairs.
