"Overall the service was fine the issue is the disconnect between the website and the service center. The price of service was more than quoted on the website, there was no record of the appointment and none of the vehicle's information that I input was there. The service consultant was knowledgeable and courteous but I arrived for a 2:30 appointment and didn't leave till 6. That being said the vehicle appears to be operating and shifting more smoothly."

"I went in to pick up a parts order, and one of the young women at the service desk was unhelpful and rude. I told her I was there for a pickup and she smugly told me I had to wait in a different line, so I did. While I was waiting for someone to appear and attend myself and another person in line, I figured I would I ask about whether she could answer a question about the warranty on my vehicle because there was no one else in line and the lobby was practically empty. The two ladies behind the desk ignored me standing there until an assistant manager walked in, and even then the girl who had first attended me told me she couldn’t answer my questions without so much as a helpful hint in the right direction. It was clear she did not want to assist me and was doing the bare minimum required of her. If it had not been for the fact that Ernie Gonzalez overheard the interaction, I would have left extremely dissatisfied and with the impression that the the staff here are unfriendly and unhelpful. Ernie turned my experience around and answered all my questions—I will be calling him directly to coordinate my services in the future to avoid any further rudeness and incompetence. Ernie was great. "
"When i got the part from the store, there was a paper attached to the part's box and it was written "Special parts cannot be returned" i did not understand what special was about the purge valve . When i was buying, i did not see the warning about special parts. I am not sure they put a warning before proceeding check out or not. I did not like it "

Did some studying downloaded some files on a drive and did it myself. He even took a phone call while i asked questions. Toyota really went downhill last car i buy from them"
