When I put in the VIN to confirm fitment, I got a "check with us to make sure." No matter what I put in (part), I got that message, which makes me think that it's a get out of jail free card for Toyota and nothing else. Instead, the tool should direct the customer to the other choices for that VIN (Toyota HAS ALL THAT INFORMATION!). The current outcome is that either Toyota is blameless if the customer continues, or tech support is inundated with calls. Lose the Finance department garb and re-embrace Ōno Taiichi's teachings.....
