"I went in to pick up an online order and was confronted by an already annoyed associate. I gave him my name and he didn't see me in the system which prompted him to give me an attitude. He asked if it was an online order and I replied yes. The associate then under his breathe said " you could have said that at the beginning". I was not under the impression that an online order vs any other type of order needs to specified as I went through the Toyota app. Even though this is the closer dealer to me, I will most likely go over to Atlantic Toyota in Lynn as I have always had great service there."
