"Got in at 6AM for regular maintenance inspection. Out by 7:30. Friendly service rep reviewed their recommendations for service to be done but no pressure or upselling. Decent waiting area. Good experience. "

Experience was ok, but not great.

"Ordered a couple of items. They didn't have some. I noticed the invoice the first gave me only listed partial items. I emailed. They did not reply. Only once I got my package did the paper note that I won't be getting the rest of the order. The shipping cost was not reduced. Later I got an invoice for the missing items. Nothing was charged or shipped. The whole experience could have been better overall. They shouldn't offer products that are not available and they should respond to customer emails regarding orders."

Rude Customer Service Rep

"I went in to pick up an online order and was confronted by an already annoyed associate. I gave him my name and he didn't see me in the system which prompted him to give me an attitude. He asked if it was an online order and I replied yes. The associate then under his breathe said " you could have said that at the beginning". I was not under the impression that an online order vs any other type of order needs to specified as I went through the Toyota app. Even though this is the closer dealer to me, I will most likely go over to Atlantic Toyota in Lynn as I have always had great service there."
