At the top of their web page it states "Free shipping applied at checkout." That didn't happen. And of course once you click on buying the parts, you are past any chance of having the free shipping deducted from your total.
I wrote Deerfield Toyota twice asking that the shipping charges be deducted, but I never heard anything back from them. I should have tried them on the phone.
Other than that, it was a nice to have Toyota parts dropped at my doorstep. "
