"initially I would not have given 5 stars. I ordered front and rear floor mats for my Rav4 in addition to the back cargo mats. My order was shipped in two shipments, the first arrived within 3 days of my order with the second coming soon under a seperate tracking number, after 4 additional days and checking the tracking number I kept getting a message that the package had not arrived at the facility. I was not a happy customer but I did email your parts department told them I've been waiting over 4 days can't get tracking info and asked your department if they could track my package of their end as they were the shipper. Immediately I was told they would pull a new order at no charge and get it shipped ASAP, my cargo mat arrived two days later. Great customer service and a satisfied customer with a great experience, I only with I could remember the young mans name at your parts counter.. thanks"
