Epic Failure By Toyota of Orlando

"After receiving an email that my part was ready to be picked up I went in to get it. After waiting several minutes while it was looked for I was told they didn’t have it. I was then told it would be delivered to my house in two days. When it didn’t come I was then told it would be sent overnight night by UPS. The next morning I got an email from UPS saying they did not receive my package from Toyota of Orlando and I would get a delivery date once they did. After finally getting to speak to a manager at Toyota of Orlando I had to go pick up the part that I been told multiple times would be delivered. The bag the part was in had someone else’s name on it that had been crossed through with a Sharpie. Did they not have my order and just gave me someone else’s since I kept calling I certainly feel that’s what happened. I do know that after this experience I will certainly not be getting my next car from Toyota of Orlando and, after years of owning multiple Toyota vehicles, my next car will not be a Toyota! Epic failure on your part Toyota of Orlando!!"
