"would have been a 5 star experience except that when I ordered the parts from your online partner, I was told my order would be available for pick up 2 days later. 2 days later I called the parts counter to inquire about my order and they said it was ready but not all of my order had made it and that it would another week or two for a couple of the items. This should have been disclosed to me at the time if my online order. At least enough of the order arrived to get my car repaired done and back on the road. "
