The telephone number goes to a general Google voice mail and I have emailed and called them several times because I have a defective EzRoller and NO responses what so ever! I have never had such a poor level of customer service and I fully plan on reporting this company. Here I have this recently purchased toy for $100, it's defective and they have taken my money and ran.

August 30th I purchased an ez roller from Toys For my Brain to be sent express to my grandson in Ithaca New York-- Thus far the only thing I have heard from these people is the deduction of over $129.00 from my credit card. There has been no other acknowledgment of my purchase, no delivery of the article and thus far no response to 4 telephone messages and two e-mails which I have sent. I would appreciate some feedback or do I just say goodbye to my 129.00
