"I ordered the Big Daddy Model rocket kit for my son on Dec. 15, 2014. The expected delivery date was Dec. 17-24. They never sent it, and wouldn't respond to emails until AFTER Christmas, ruining my son's big Christmas present, because they took the money on the date of sale, but never shipped it. They responded on Dec. 26th saying sorry, we will resend it, and it will be there in 3-5 business days. I asked them Why it was never sent (in 3 different emails) and they will not respond other than to say sorry for the inconvenience we sent it again on Dec. 26th. It is now Jan. 2nd and still no rocket. According to USPS tracking it is still on the other side of the state, and most likely will not be here until Monday the 5th. Do not do business with this company. Even their number on their website is fake. It goes to a voicemail of a different phone number, which is "full" and unable to accept voicemail messages."
"Stay away from this retailer. I ordered a rc helicopter for my son directly from them on 1/3/2011. all good and fine...so far. on 1/6/2011 i get a confirmation email that my ordered was complete and it was shipped. i was given a fedex tracking number. i tracked the order but noticed that it did not ship. on 1/9/2011 i emailed them, and this was my response:

if you read that correctly, it states that they do not accept credit card payment for this. yet, my order was processed and even showed up on my card statement as a transaction.
i feel that they cancelled my order because it was "payback" for the email requesting information from them as to why my order was delayed in shipping. also after numerous unanswered calls from them, they may have tired of my persistence and so issued a refund to keep their "customer satisfaction" quota high. what a joke.

"I made my purchase from Toysonics because their only rating here was a good one. They were also the only folks that had a 7 x 4, 3 blade tractor prop, instead of what should be a less popular pusher. The only difference in part #s is an added "P", for the pusher. Well they messed up! I got the Cessna parts I ordered, but was saddened to see two pusher props instead of tractors. The order went well, and the parts were well packaged and arrived on time. Now came the true test. Would these folks treat me like dirt like NitroPlanes/XHeli, who I will never deal with again???? Well an honest to goodness human responded to an Email in an apologetic manner, the morning I sent it. When I got home there was actually an operator online when there was supposed to be(never the case at Nitroplanes). The operator told me that the problem was fixed as we typed. Sure enough, I refreshed the screen and the part number was corrected!!! They then agreed to pay my return parts shipping via first class mail. I shipped the props back last Friday and sent them an Email, informing them of the cost. I got an Email this Wednesday notifying me of the issued credit and it was posted to my CC account when I checked tonight. They even followed up with another Email today. I thanked them again for their fantastic customer service and told them that I was going to post here. People make mistakes. Toysonics apologized and treated me in a professional and ethical way that I wish I saw more these days! I will buy from again as often as I can because businesses like them deserve to succeed. I would still be buying from NP if they had treated me 1/100 as well as Toysonics. I'm actually almost glad they messed up my order because I was still able to buy my props directly from the mfg and I know that I've found a good R/C resource."
