"I ordered a pair of rubber boots from TSC to be delivered to a local store...the tracking showed the item to be delivered to
the store...never got an email saying it was ready for pickup so I called the store. They claim the package never arrived, although
there was a FEDEX proof of delivery showing AHenderson signed for the package at the Mansfield store!
On top of that, they had the nerve to charge my card. No response from the Tn location from where the package was shipped.
NO more TSC online orders for me!!!"

"I bought a kink free garden hose a couple weeks ago and used it 6 times and it did nothing but kink. The green outside casing crackeded in a couple spots and the black underneath is bulging through. More cheap, made in China junk. I bought it with a $10.00 reward and they stole that on that return. What a horrible store. That was my last ever purchase at Tractor Supply."
"I purchased and paid 89 dollars to deliver a kennel panel that costs 150 dollars and was supposed to come with clamps. The package was tossed into my driveway and without the clamps. The store told me they were "a little store" and could not provide me with clamps. They referred me to their online folks, who promptly referred me to the manufacturer, who told me they won't have the clamps in stock for 3 months?? You just don't know who you are really dealing with until you have an issue and then it all comes out. I will order the clamps from Amazon and never again do business with these clowns!!"
"I placed an order on line. While my credit card was charged “pending processing”, the order was not processed after almost one month. The items ordered were available in my local tsc store…but NOT available to me as apparently an on line order has little to do with the physical store. TSC on line provides no order cancellation mechanism. I tried their customer service phone line, only to receive a recorded message on “how much they value customers” and promoting their club. Finally I found (not easy!) their web site’s customer service form, and requested my order be canceled…which they finally did after several days. While I will continue to shop in TSC stores, I will never attempt an on line order again. Oh, one last comment…theTSC website is poor at best."
"I like tractor supply. I tried their website. They over charged me. They didn't send the item. Repeated emails got no response. The phone just plays a message with faqs on it. I feel like they have zero customer service. I have to actually file a fraud complaint with my bank now just to get my money back. Just shop in store. Yeah, it's sad they have gone to 100% Chinese products. So has about everyone else. I still like the store. Unless you get a rude cashier. Seems like their employees are pretty disgruntled these days. "
"I am now concerned about the quality of goods at Tractor Supply. In June I purchased half a dozen assorted Stainless hose clamps to use on my boat. This is a saltwater environment and problem likely would exist for dirty brackish water.
Even though the clamps were labeled Stainless, only the band was stainless. The screw and closure was Ferrous. This would fail easily over a short time.
Curious if this was just a bad vendor purchase by the Tractor Supply category buyer, I checked again here in late November. Again half of the Stainless hose clamp sizes were partly Ferrous. Either the buyer is incompetent or Tractor Supply is trying to pull a fast one on customers.
I am now very leery of shopping at ANY Tractor Supply. "
"What are two separate pairs of GrooVe joint pliers from two different manufacturers Tractor Supply took my order sent me confirmation no big deal next day cancel one piece day after that canceled the next piece but yet both products are still available online both of them still show availability at some stores in the distant vicinity but yet just cancel the order here we are when businesses are struggling to survive Tractor Supply just kicks their customers to the curb no explanation no offer of substitution no offer of rain check no nothing order canceled might as well just to put it customer canceled this one will no longer attempt to shop at Tractor Supply a company of lost leaders and false advertising"
"Ordered a lawn tractor which stated to be shipped in 3 days. Provided a credit card/paypal to them as a form of payment, payment status was on hold pending shipment.....Long Story short, danced around on delivery dates, mower never shipped due to shortages/lack of availability/backordered. I eventually cancelled order with CS rep. 24 hrs later bank account debited full amount with order status of shipped ? For a mower which doesn't exist ?"

I ordered Sapphire Olive Eggers through Tractor Supply from Hoover's. They sent me the wrong chicks and I immediately notified Tractor Supply customer service about the error. The chicks that came were golden and brown. I asked for a price adjustment to reflect the chicks they actually sent. I believe they sent regular Olive Eggers. Within 24 hours Tractor Supply responded with an email stating that it wasn't their decision that it is Hoover's decision and also asked that I send pictures of the chicks so that they could better explain my complaint to the hatchery. I did and received no response so I sent another email with photos explaining the problem again and made the request for reimbursement of the price difference between breeds. Tractor Supply never responded so I left a one star review explaining the situation. They rejected my review saying it went against their standards. Though these are not the breed of chicken I wanted, I don't have a problem with keeping them and I don't think it's unreasonable for me to ask for the price of the chickens I received. I don't recommend Hoover's for sending the wrong birds and definitely don't through Tractor Supply as they didn't handle their part of the transaction and don't allow honest reviews to be posted on their site.

"I ordered a Toro Timekeeper mower from TSC. My first experience and wow are they terrible. The mower arrived damaged because they failed to package it properly after assembly. The mower was dented, the decals ripper from rubbing against the metal pallet braces, and the seat was ripped. In addition, the grips on the zero-turn arms were slashed. This after spending more than $3K on the mower. The promised special interest rate on the financing was never applied. Their loyalty program Neighbors Club never reflected my large purchase meaning I had no points applied. I contacted customer service by phone a half dozen times (long hold times and all). Then I switched to email. My first customer service inquiry on this was May 20,2021. Still, no Neighbor's Club points. TSC is a disaster!"
"It took forever to place the order - it takes minutes for every page to load. When done, got an email "thank you blah blah blah". A few minutes later, got another email "Your order have been cancelled" with no explanations.
Called them, pushed endless buttons just to be told that the item is not available... "
"If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I ordered a chicken coop on 12/21/2020. It was supposed to arrive at my house on 12/31/2020. It is now 1/8/2021, and I am now being told it will be here on 1/11/2021. I never received any email or text telling me it would be late. I just had to track it via a link I was sent. I finally called on 1/5/21 and was given an excuse that it was on a truck in Tennessee and would be unloaded that day and shipped out and I should receive it on 1/7/21. That didn't happen. It finally made its way to Georgia on 1/6/21, but is now sitting at a warehouse and they won't have a truck for it until 1/11/21. I was supposed to receive a refund on the shipping from the person I spoke with on 1/5/21, but they didn't do that either it seems. Today the person did refund my shipping, but other than that had few answers about why this was such a dumpster fire. I will never do business with them again. We will see if I get it on 1/11/21, as I have been told I would receive it before. Don't expect to get your items when promised, and don't expect them to update you about it. To say there is a lack of accountability and professionalism is me exercising Mother Teresaesque grace. Spend your money elsewhere."
"I tried to return used motor oil today in New Martinsville Wva and the manager informed me that they had no such policy. Even after doing a search on my phone and showing him that it is company policy he still refused. Saying that he had been their 6 years and they had never taken oil back. I will never buy any oil from their ever again."
