"I purchased a vanity from trade winds, and had a very positive experience. It arrived as promised, looking even better than the pictures online, and the shipping company they used was very polite and professional.
I had zero problems, but in contrast to some other reviews that made me slightly wary before purchasing their shipping and en-route damage policies are clearly listed on the website, show up on the site after you complete the purchase, and again in email once the item is shipped. Read them and, if needed, follow instructions, and you should be fine."
"Read a few reviews before I purchased and noticed mixed reviews but they had a unique product selection so I when with them. I agree with the other reviewer you should read the shipping policies as they are strict but are well explained and are the same on anyone else's site that sells vanities seems to be industry standard. Product arrived in about a week and looks great in my bathroom. I'm happy."
"I purchased the Phoenix vanity in July. Our bathroom project is a bit behind schedule and just finished installing the vanity this week. We are very happy with our vanity and the service we have received from Trade Winds. In fact, as we installed the vanity, I discovered a small piece to one of the handles was missing. I dropped them a note, heard back within an hour, and they had the part in the mail that day, with just a small shipping charge. I would recommend Trade Winds. We shopped on-line for weeks and were unable to find quality vanities like this at anywhere near the same price point. Steve W."
"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS TRADEWINDS IMPORTS!! I ordered a vanity from this company. Nothing but trouble!! To make a long story short, it has been over a month since I ordered my vanity and I still do not have it. Problem is they told me it would not charge to my cc until the vanity had shipped. My card was charged 12/17 and each time I call they tell me it has shipped. I just got a call from the shipper today who told me it was still in the terminal. "

"Buyer beware! The shipping policy should be reviewed before you buy from them. I was told by a service rep at Tradewinds that my vanity should be delivered to the foremost entry to my home and that delivery personnel will bring it up one step or less. This is false. The customer service rep. was useless when it came to rescheduling my delivery at a time that I would have help to get the vanity up the step to my door (one step at foremost entry of my home). Poor customer service. Will never purchase from them again despite the fact that the vanities are quite nice. Unfortunate."
